• The best month for fall fashion magazines is September. My favorites are Lucky, Elle, Glamour, and In Style.

• This is a great time to look at your boots. Pull them out and check heels, toes, and soles. Get them fixed before the season starts.

• IF you like to resale your clothing the stores are now taking fall merchandise. Clean out those closets and make some money.

• Look at your fall event calendar and start looking for your outfits. Waiting until the last minute is never a good idea—you spend too much and often settle for something out of desperation– not to mention the need for alterations.
